CommRowsInsurance commission PDF to Excel / CSV

Terms of Service

Effective 2026-11-05

These terms are an agreement between you and Grainpeak LLC (“we”). By using CommRows or paying for a download, you accept them. If you use CommRows for a business, you accept them for that business. You must be at least 18.

1. What CommRows does

CommRows extracts commission data from insurance commission statements in PDF form, helps you review it, and generates spreadsheet files. Processing happens in your browser. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

2. What is free and what you pay for

Extracting, reviewing and previewing your output are free, and so is the validation report, which lists checks and findings without your rows. A finding can quote the value it concerns. You pay to download the spreadsheet files and the check report, which include your rows.

One payment covers one batch: up to 3 PDFs, 30 processed pages, 10 MiB per file, 20 MiB in total and 5,000 rows. Pages you leave out of a manual mapping still count. For 7 days after verified payment you can correct and re-export the same source PDFs. Changing the source files creates a different batch. Excel and the check report are included. CSV is available when the source fields can be exported safely, and the preview shows any unavailable format before you pay.

3. Beta

CommRows is in beta. Automatic layouts come from public examples, so most current statements need manual column mapping. Scanned PDFs are not supported. Check that your statement works before you pay.

4. What CommRows does not do

  • It is software. It does not sell, quote or broker insurance.
  • It does not prove that you were paid correctly. It shows what a statement says and flags problems within it. It does not compare a statement with what you expected to be paid.
  • It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or compliance advice.
  • It does not promise that any other system will accept the files.
  • It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any insurer.

5. Your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to process the statements you use, and you are responsible for following the laws and agreements that apply to them and to the files you download.
  • Review the output before you rely on it.
  • Keep your source PDFs and purchase recovery code. We do not store your statements or unsaved edits, so we cannot recreate your files.
  • Do not misuse the service, including by trying to bypass payment, interfere with it or use it unlawfully.

6. Price, payment and delivery

Prices are in US dollars. The price is shown before checkout, and you are charged the total shown on the Stripe checkout page. Each batch is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Stripe processes the payment on its own secure checkout page, so we never receive your full card number.

Your files are generated in your browser and are available to download as soon as Stripe confirms your payment. Nothing is shipped.

7. Refunds

During the beta, if a downloaded value differs from your PDF and we did not flag it before you paid, we refund you in full. If it is unclear, we still refund you.

If you paid and your files could not be generated or downloaded, and we cannot fix it, we refund you in full.

A refund does not apply when:

  • the problem was flagged before you paid, and you paid anyway;
  • a value is wrong because of the columns you chose in manual mapping;
  • the file matches the statement, but the insurer paid the wrong amount.

Because your files are available right away, other refund requests are at our discretion.

To ask for a refund, email support@commrows.com with your order ID and the value that differs or the problem you had. You do not need to send your statement. If we need more detail, you can send only the affected row with client details removed. Your order ID is under “Order details & recovery” on the download page.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. A refund ends download access for that batch. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, access is suspended while the dispute is open and ends if the dispute is lost. These terms do not limit any refund rights the law gives you.

8. Availability

We may change, pause or stop CommRows, and we may pause new checkouts at any time, including when the beta reaches its order limit. A pause does not remove access to batches you have already paid for.

9. Ownership

Your statements and generated files remain yours. We claim no rights in them. CommRows, including its software and design, belongs to us. You may use it as these terms allow.

10. Disclaimer

CommRows is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service or its output will be accurate, complete or uninterrupted.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the batch the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the effective date. The terms in force when you pay apply to that batch.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
